Susan Riggs
I have been in the consumer finance business since 1995. With 20+ years experience in the business, these years of experience have given me the knowledge of what it takes to make Rocky Top Finance elite in the consumer finance industry. Christian values, family, and Tennessee football is what I am built on. I look forward to helping people in our community build or rebuild their credit. With local people that understand what it takes to survive in the East Tennessee market, I will promise to work with you and your budget to get the loan you need at the payment you can afford.
John Dilly
I have 13 years of experience in the consumer finance industry. I’m born and raised in East Tennessee and look forward to helping local people just like myself. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my spouse Ashley and our two dogs, playing golf, and cheering on Tennessee in whatever sport they’re playing. I look forward to serving residents of Blount and surrounding counties with their financial needs while treating you like family!
